This page asks for Canadian dollars. This demonstration checkout takes US dollars only — its sandbox payment account is American, and Canadian dollars need a Canadian merchant account — so what you see here is US dollars, with every format, the bundle included. On a shop with a Canadian merchant account this page shows Canadian dollars, and the bundle, which is sold in US dollars only, is not offered. The usual page.
