Using Sell with BookFunnel
Setting a button up is a one-off. This is the part you live with: what lands in your dashboard after somebody buys, and which of it needs you.
Most sales need nothing from you at all. A reader buys an ebook, an audiobook, or a bundle of both, BookFunnel delivers it, and the order appears in Sales as a record. The two cases below are the ones that do need you.
Orders you have to fulfil yourself
A paperback, a mug, a signed bookplate — anything BookFunnel does not deliver — is yours to send. Those orders are marked so you can tell them apart at a glance, and they never carry the "Delivered by BookFunnel" mark on your sales page.

Refund requests
A reader can ask for their money back from their own order page. The request comes to you first, with a clock on it: approve it, or tell BookFunnel why you think it should be refused. Do nothing and it approves itself.
